At Maison Menlo, craftsmanship begins with material selection. We work with natural fibers such as abaca, sisal, and rattan — materials that are not only aesthetic, but that also live with the space in which they hang.
Natural materials
Each material has its own character. One fiber is soft and refined, while another is more robust and expressive.
Abaca, sisal, and rattan are handcrafted into forms that filter light rather than dominate it.
Through these materials, a play of shadow and softness emerges — giving each lamp its own atmosphere, depending on the time of day.

We work together with carefully selected European workshops and suppliers. This collaboration allows us to maintain control over quality, origin, and finishing — from design to final product.
