Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Your package will be delivered within 1–3 business days.

In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to high carrier volume or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your package.


Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Return conditions

  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • The product is in its original condition
  • If reasonably possible, the product is in its original packaging

Returns must always be sent back in full. It is not possible to return only part of an order when it concerns a single product or set delivered as a whole.


Important for lighting

Lamps may be removed from the packaging to assess design, colour, and material as you would in a physical store.

However, the product must not have been assembled or installed. No signs of installation, damage, or use are allowed.

In case of damage or use, depreciation may be applied up to 100% of the purchase price if the product is no longer resellable as new.

Loose light sources such as LED bulbs with broken seals cannot be fully refunded.


Return shipping

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

The customer is responsible for proper and secure packaging to ensure the product arrives undamaged.

The risk of the return shipment remains with the customer. We therefore recommend using tracked shipping and keeping the proof of postage.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days.

Refunds are made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Any standard shipping costs from the original order will also be refunded, unless you chose a more expensive shipping method than our standard delivery.


Defective or damaged products

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will resolve this properly.

Please report this within 3 months of receipt. After this period, we can no longer process warranty or defect claims.

Always include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue and packaging
  • A short description

After review, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, repair, or refund. If the issue is caused by us, return costs will of course be covered by us.
